Meet Our Staff
 | Dr. Steven Sewanyana, founder of North Charlotte Pediatrics, is a Board Certified Pediatrician since October 1999. He attended Makerere University in Kampala, Uganda and graduated in January,1991. After practicing in Uganda for two years, he came to the United States to pursue further studies. He completed a Pediatric Residency in General Pediatrics at New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY in 1998. He was Chief Resident for one year after which he joined a pediatric practice in Schenectady, NY. He moved to Charlotte, NC in January 2006 and was working for MD Family Medical Group. He opened North Charlotte Pediatrics in January 2009. He is a compassionate dedicated Pediatrician and brings years of experience to his practice. In his personal life, Dr. Sewanyana is an avid sports fan who is happily married and has three children. |
 | Amanda Knox has worked with Dr.Sewanyana since April 2006 (previously at MD Family). She attended Vance High School which she graduated from in 2004. The following fall, she enrolled in Kings College where she graduated in December 2005 with a diploma in Medical Assisting. |
 | Eunice Estrada Eunice joined North Charlotte Pediatrics in March 2009. She has 3 children. |
 | Erika Daza Erika has worked with Dr. Sewanyana since 2007. She is married with two children. |
